Adecco is currently seeking motivated Pick Packers to join a leading distribution centre in Brendale. We have multiple opportunities available across both morning and afternoon shifts and are looking for reliable people who enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a high‑performing team.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift

- 5:00am start
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- 9-day fortnight roster (4 days one week, 5 days the next)
- Monday to Sunday operation
- $39 per hour

Afternoon Shift

- 2:00pm start
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- 9-day fortnight roster (4 days one week, 5 days the next)
- Monday to Sunday operation
- $39 per hour

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Picking and packing orders accurately within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operating ride‑on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) following training
- Selecting, stacking,



and preparing products for dispatch
- Repetitively lifting and moving products weighing up to 15kg
- Meeting productivity and quality targets
- Following safe work practices and warehouse procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily operational goals

The role is physically demanding and requires candidates who are comfortable being on their feet, moving continuously throughout the shift, and performing repetitive manual handling tasks.

Your Profile

To be considered, you will have:

- Full working rights within Australia
- Previous warehouse, pick packing, logistics, or distribution experience
- Reliable transport to and from work, as public transport access is limited
- The ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- The ability to pass a pre‑employment medical assessment
- The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

Previous MHE or warehouse equipment experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
