Queensland School Photography is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across Queensland's education sector. Represent a trusted brand, build strong school partnerships, and promote photography services that create lifelong memories.

About the Role:

n

As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive growth through business strategies, networking, cold calling and client meetings
n
- Build strong school partnerships and promote additional services including yearbooks, events and videography
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and in-person interactions
n
- Represent the brand at conferences, expos and industry events, including presentations
n
- Manage CRM records, follow-ups and client activity
n




- Prepare sales reports, growth plans and target area schedules
n
- Coordinate client bookings and maintain accurate information
n
- Support marketing activities with promotional materials and resources
n

About You:

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- An experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Representative or Account Manager
n
- A confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
n
- Professional, organised and highly driven
n
- Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the business at industry events
n
- Experienced using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
n
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
n
- Willing to travel throughout QLD/NSW
n
- Must have a WWC check or be willing to obtain
n
