Role

As an Emergency Response Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening and supporting a well‐established Emergency Response Team. Working across a 7/7 roster, you'll be responsible for providing first‐response capability, delivering training, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure site‐wide emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Providing first‐response medical and clinical care to employees.
n
- Training, mentoring, and supporting large ERT teams across shifts.
n
- Developing and delivering engaging training workshops and exercises.
n
- Assisting in full‐cycle incident investigations and reviews.
n
- Maintaining emergency equipment, facilities, and compliance standards.
n
- Playing an active role in budgeting and planning for emergency response and training initiatives.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in emergency response within mining.
n
- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response (Underground) and advanced first aid qualifications.
n
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment (highly desirable).
n
- Solid knowledge of emergency protocols, H&S; legislation, and rehabilitation practices.
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
n
