Overview

Senior Process Analyst to join a large AI transformation initiative. Location: CBD - Hybrid work model. Contract: initial 6-month contract with extensions. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct 'As Is' analysis and identify how to optimise the process and implement a solution to uplift efficiency.
n
- Involved in the design of the future target state, as well as the optimisation and uplift of productivity.
n
- Support business outcomes by reducing leakage and improving process outcomes.
n
- Implement a business process management framework to systematically document processes including process mapping, defining key performance indicators and controls, and identifying risks.
n
- Lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders.
n

Essential skills and experience

n

n
- Previous experience as a Process Analyst.
n
- Robust business process transformation experience.
n
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
n
- Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.
n
- Ability to lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders.
n
- Work strategically (future-state design) and hands-on (process mapping).
n
- Experience within financial services is highly desirable.
