About the Role
n
We are seeking a Mobile Community Physiotherapist to take over an existing caseload, working 3 days per week with opportunity to grow into full-time.
n
You will be treating a diverse mix of:
n
n
- NDIS participants
n
- Support at Home clients
n
- WorkCover cases
n
- Private clients
n
n
Presentations will range from:
n
n
- Neurological conditions
n
- Chronic pain
n
- Falls risk and balance impairments
n
- Post-operative rehabilitation
n
- MSK injuries
n
- Functional mobility limitations
n
n
This role suits a clinician who can combine strong MSK foundations with neurological rehabilitation principles to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

- Enjoys thinking through complex cases rather than following a standard template
n
- Has solid hands‐on MSK skills and understands load management
n
- Is confident applying neurological rehabilitation principles
n
- Looks beyond simple exercise sheets or passive modalities
n
- Wants to improve mobility,
function and independence in real‐world environments
n
- Enjoys working autonomously but appreciates structured systems and team support
n
n
This is not a role for someone who prefers highly routine, clinic‐based treatments with predictable presentations.

What You Will Be Doing
n
n
- Delivering mobile physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
n
- Designing progressive, goal‐focused rehabilitation programs
n
- Integrating strength, balance, neuro rehab and functional retraining
n
- Working collaboratively with families, support coordinators and case managers
n
- Maintaining clear, concise documentation using Splose
n
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
- AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy)
n
- Current driver licence
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Experience in MSK and neurological rehabilitation
n
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in MSK and neurological rehabilitation, although exceptional recent grad willing to learn also accepted
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Community or home‐based physiotherapy experience preferred but not required
n
- NDIS experience preferred but not required
