Are you a skilled Electronic Security Technician looking to work with cutting-edge technology?
Our client is a leading Australian provider across security, technology, and facility management services. They are currently seeking an experienced, tech-driven technician to join their growing field operations team in Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and service of modern electronic security systems across key commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain commercial CCTV systems, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and Intercoms.
- Deploy and maintain rapid-response Mobile Solar CCTV Towers across client sites.
- Integrate field security devices with cloud-based AI monitoring and analytics platforms.
- Conduct site diagnostics, fault-finding, and network/IP configurations.
- Complete digital job reports, compliance checks, and proof-of-service documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand on-site.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and service of modern electronic security systems across key commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing: Valid Security Installer License (NSW) & Open Cabler’s License.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial electronic security installations.
- Tech Capabilities: Strong knowledge of IP network configuration, CCTV, and Access Control systems (e.g., Gallagher, Inner Range, Hikvision, Axis, Dahua).
- Problem Solver: Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system integrations.
- Driver’s License: Valid Australian Driver’s License (clean driving record).
- Certifications: White Card required; Working at Heights / EWP tickets are highly regarded.
