Seasons is seeking an experienced and people-focused Multi-Site Care Manager to provide operational leadership across Seasons Sinnamon Park and Seasons Waterford West communities.

Reporting to the Care Operations & Compliance Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for leading high-performing care teams, ensuring exceptional resident outcomes, driving compliance with aged care legislation and Support at Home requirements, and supporting the ongoing growth and success of our care services. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence care delivery across multiple communities while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement

You will:

Lead and support care partners, nurses, schedulers and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services across multiple communities.

Oversee care management activities, including care planning, service reviews, individual budgets, package utilisation and resident outcomes in line with Support at Home requirements.

Manage regional workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, performance management and staff development to ensure effective service delivery and workforce sustainability.

Monitor financial performance across the region, including care budgets, revenue, expenditure, service hours and funding utilisation to support operational efficiency and growth.

Lead the management of incidents, complaints, risks and compliance activities, ensuring services meet Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements and organisational expectations.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals,



community stakeholders and external providers while identifying opportunities to expand and enhance care services.

Who we’re looking for:

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in aged care, home care or community services and a passion for delivering outstanding resident outcomes. You have demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams, service delivery, workforce planning and operational performance across complex environments, ideally across multiple sites. With a sound understanding of Support at Home, Home Care Packages, DVA services and aged care compliance requirements, you combine commercial acumen with a resident-centred approach. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities and lead teams through change will see you thrive in this influential regional leadership role.

You’ll also bring:

Diploma of Community Services, Diploma of Ageing Studies and Services, Diploma of Nursing, or equivalent relevant qualification. (essential)

Demonstrated experience managing teams, rosters, service delivery and care budgets (essential)

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA (desirable but not essential)

Flexibility to meet operational demands within a 24/7,



365-day residential care setting, including taking after hour calls and/or supporting with critical situations where required.

Current national police check.
