Locum ED (Emergency Medicine) RMO | NSW | $130/hr | Travel & Accom
The Opportunity: This role offers consistent Emergency Department exposure across a rotating roster, ideal for RMOs looking to consolidate emergency skills in a structured and well-supported environment.
You'll manage a broad range of presentations while working directly alongside experienced FACEMs, registrars and nursing staff.
- Hands-on Emergency Medicine experience in a busy regional ED
- Direct supervision and teaching from FACEMs
- Exposure to medical, surgical, trauma and paediatric presentations
- Clear escalation pathways and supportive senior presence
- Strong learning environment for RMOs considering ED pathways
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have AHPRA General Registration
- PGY2+ with recent Emergency or acute hospital experience
- NSW Working with Children Check & National Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete local credentialing and onboarding
Location - Lismore Base Hospital (Northern NSW LHD)
