Uniting’s Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPS) offers a community-based Mental Health Support Worker role in Oatlands, NSW. The position is permanent part time (3 days per week, 8am–4pm) and focuses on recovery-focused outreach to help clients manage daily living and navigate supports within the community.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to tailored support plans, documentation, and client wellbeing.
