Job Description

Job Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead all site engineering activities including process, manufacturing, and equipment engineering
n
- Own engineering project management, including capital projects, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
n
- Lead and execute new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities
n
- Develop and industrialize current processes for needle grinding and cleanroom assembly
n
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)



initiatives to improve yield and throughput
n
- Oversee process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
n
- Ensure high equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
n
- Partner with Quality on root cause analysis and corrective actions
n
- Maintain process documentation, specifications, and engineering standards
n
- Support scaling and capacity expansion initiatives
n
- Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team
n

The Successful Applicant

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
n
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain with 3+ years in leadership roles.
n
- Strong experience with precision machining or grinding processes
n
- Experience with project management and capital execution
n
- Knowledge of NPI, process development, and validation
n
- Experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments
n
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
n
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
n
