Connections Case Management is seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

About the Role
You will work with NDIS participants of all ages, completing assessments, developing intervention plans, recommending assistive technology, providing therapy, and supporting participants to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our experienced Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Recovery Coaches as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working within the NDIS (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to person-centred practice.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or the ability to obtain one).
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.

Salary will be in line with experience between $95,000 and $110,000 per annum.
