Based in Mackay, we deliver high-quality commercial and industrial projects across Mackay, Townsville, Rockhampton, the Bowen Basin and the Whitsundays.

With a robust secured pipeline of work and continued regional growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team.

n

The Opportunity

n

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering commercial construction projects from award through to completion.

n

The role involves managing projects typically valued between $5M-$30M.

n

- Overall project performance (time, cost, quality and safety)
n
- Client and stakeholder management
n
- Financial management and forecasting
n
- Contract administration oversight
n
- Subcontractor engagement and performance
n
- Program management and risk mitigation
n
- Leading internal project teams
n

n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
n
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
n




- Strong commercial construction background (industrial, transport, workshops, community facilities, accommodation, health, retail, mining infrastructure or education projects)
n
- Demonstrated track record delivering projects safely, on time and on budget
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and subcontractor management
n
- Financial control and reporting experience
n

n

Technical Skills

n

Experience with the below systems:

n

n
- Either Jonas Premier, Jobpac, Procore, Coins
n
- Microsoft Projects
n
- Estimating software packages
n

n

You will also possess exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
