The Role

You will lead the planning, execution and delivery of our major civil construction projects from start to finish.

n

Your role will include:

n

- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
n
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
n
- Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
n
- Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

n

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within earthworks, roadworks, or civil infrastructure
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Robust understanding of civil construction methodologies and safety regulations.
n
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
