- Location: Perth (flexible working available)

- Discipline: Bridges and transport structures (roads/rail)

- Level: All levels considered (from early-career to lead technologist)

- Delivery: 3D modelling, drawings, documentation, coordination and quality reviews
n
- Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation (and other structural modelling/drafting tools e.g. OpenBridge)
n

What You'll Do
n
n
- Produce bridge and transport-structure models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and other tools
n
- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models, drawings and documentation
n
- Support delivery of bridge and transport-infrastructure projects from concept through detailed design
n
- Coordinate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and documentation issues early
n
- Apply Safety in Design principles and contribute to quality assurance processes and reviews
n
- Work to Australian Standards and WA client requirements (including Main Roads WA and PTA)
n
n
Depending on your experience, you may also:
n
n
- Develop parametric models and automation processes
n
- Undertake site inspections (as required) and support construction-phase queries
n
- Review models and drawings, ensuring consistency, constructability and compliance
n
- Support and develop other technologists, fostering a culture of technical excellence
n
- Promote innovation and digital delivery, including effective use of 3D modelling tools
n
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and internal mentoring
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
Must have
n
n
- Diploma or degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
n
- Demonstrated experience in bridge/transport-structure modelling and documentation within a consulting or infrastructure delivery environment
n
- Capability in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation (or similar), including model management, drawing production and coordination
n
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and WA client requirements (including Main Roads WA and PTA), with experience applying them on live projects
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with a practical problem‐solving mindset
n
- Strong collaborative communication skills and an ability to work effectively within project teams
n
- Ability to work autonomously on allocated modelling and documentation packages
n
n
Nice to have

- Parametric modelling and automation experience
n
- Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to improve workflows
n
- Construction-phase support experience (RFIs, markups, as‐builts and coordination)
n

- Great communication skills and a drive to make a difference
