Vectiq is strengthening its IT Service Management (ITSM) capability across two key initiatives, supporting service transformation, operational uplift and governance maturity within secure environments.

We are seeking experienced ITSM professionals to contribute to the design, implementation and optimisation of service management frameworks within complex, enterprise-scale programs.

n

Roles Commencing Over the Next 3 - 6 Months

n

- ITSM Consultants & Architects
n
- Service Delivery Managers
n
- ITSM Process Leads
n
- Service Design Specialists
n
- Operational Governance Specialists
n

n

Depending on role and seniority, responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Development and refinement of core service management disciplines including:n n
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
n
- Service Request and Catalogue Management
n

n
- Design, implementation and uplift of ITSM processes aligned to best practice
n
- Operational readiness planning and transition-to-support activities
n
- Development of governance models, reporting structures and performance metrics
n
- Facilitation of service design workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
n
- Creation of service documentation, process maps and operating models
n




- Identification and delivery of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
n
- Alignment of ITSM frameworks with enabling platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management)
n

n

Experience & Skills

n

n
- Demonstrated experience implementing or uplifting ITSM frameworks within enterprise environments
n
- Solid working knowledge of ITIL principles
n
- Experience operating within structured, governance-driven delivery environments
n
- Experience within Federal Government or other secure environments highly regarded
n
- Current NV1 clearance minimum (NV2 and TSPV highly regarded)
n
