You will play a vital role in the production and assembly of high-quality fabricated metal products for our diverse range of commercial and industrial clients. This position is based at our workshop in Caboolture on the Northside of Brisbane.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret Drawings & Specifications
- Welding and Fabrication of Various Works with Aluminium
- Custom Manufacturing
- Polishing / Sanding / Cleaning of assembled Products
- Assembly of Final Products
- Ensuring Quality of Products
About you
- Fabrication Trade - Certificate III in Engineering
- Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding
- Excellent Fabrication and Welding skills - Aluminium and mild steel
- Ability to Interpret Drawings and Specifications
- Proven history in a similar role within a Manufacturing / Fabrication environment
- Knowledge of Metal Fabrication processes including Cutting, Bending, Forming and Fitting
- Ability to work with Minimum Supervision with an Eye for Detail and Commitment to High Quality
- Ability to work both independently and as Part of a Team
- Have a Strong Work Ethic, be Honest and Reliable and Adhere to 'Secure Work Practices' related to the Workshop/s
- Current Australian Forklift License an advantage
- Must have Australian Work Rights with No Restrictions
