We're partnering with a well-established, purpose‐driven organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

n

This is a hands‐on opportunity for a detail‐oriented, self‐driven AR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working through end‐to‐end billing processes, and adding value from day one.

About the role

n

n
- End‐to‐end accounts receivable and billing processes
n
- Fortnightly billing for retirement living and aged care clients
n
- Client and resident account management and enquiry resolution
n
- Accurate data entry, receipting, and reconciliation
n
- Working within an ERP and corporate information management system
n

n

About you

n

n
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or revenue billing roles
n




- Robust attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
n
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
n
- Systems savvy and able to pick up new processes quickly
n
- A calm, can‐do approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
n
