We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Rocklea. This is a hands‑on role supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment.




- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently using schematics and technical drawings.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair variable frequency drives (VFDs), switchgear, PLCs and communication systems.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime across the site.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to support production requirements.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) requirements.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
- Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of VFD motor drives, switchgear, PLCs and industrial communication systems.
- Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Solid understanding and application of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
