Clinical Data Management Specialist

What you'll be doing

You'll be involved in a broad range of clinical data management activities, including:





- Supporting study start-up activities and database development

- Designing and maintaining electronic data capture systems

- Working closely with sponsors, vendors, and internal study teams

- Driving data quality through review processes and validation checks

- Managing ongoing database updates throughout study conduct

- Supporting database lock and close-out activities

- Providing guidance and expertise on data collection and management best practice

- Contributing ideas that improve processes, quality, and efficiency

What we're looking for

You’ll likely bring:

- Experience within Clinical Data Management gained in a CRO, sponsor, or clinical research environment

- Hands-on experience with EDC platforms such as Medidata Rave, Viedoc, REDCap, or similar

- A strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data quality principles

- The confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders

- A naturally curious and problem-solving mindset

- A desire to continue learning and expanding your responsibilities
