Here at Concentis, we are partnering with a local company to source a Site Manager to lead a team of contractors across a diverse range of projects.

n

You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring contractors to ensure project safety and technical specifications are adhered to.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate and prioritise project work
n
- Manage Sub-contractors to program
n
- Develop and maintain project documentation
n
- Manage and maintain stakeholder communications and expectations
n
- Maintain up-to-date schedules and registers for risk, cost, and scope
n
- Support development of scope of works for design and construction tender documents
n
- Review and sign off on quality, testing, and compliance requirements
n
- Identify and mitigate risks within the project lifecycle
n
- Assist in tender review processes
n




- Ensure timely and budget compliant project delivery
n

About You:

n

n
- Ideally you come from a Carpentry background but experience within a similar trade understanding the methodology on site and how to work to program will be considered
n
- Have or willing to obtain your QBCC licence
n
- Demonstrated experience in supervising
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings
n
- Experience in infrastructure construction and contractor management
n
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
n
