Social Media & Content Creation Specialist

We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian lifestyle brand entering its next stage of their expansion.

n

They're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of their social presence and help shape the next evolution of their online voice.

n

This is a fully remote role and an opportunity to have genuine creative influence from day one.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
n
- Planning and executing campaign moments, launches and seasonal pushes
n
- Concepting, filming and editing short‐form content that feels native to each platform
n
- Writing captions and defining hooks that stop the scroll
n
- Using insights and performance data to refine and optimise content
n
- Working closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to align messaging
n
- Managing and evolving the content calendar
n
- Building community engagement, not just publishing posts
n

n

About you

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in social media or content within lifestyle, retail or beauty
n




- Confident creating short‐form video and comfortable on camera
n
- Portfolio or social links that demonstrate your work
n
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture
n
- Creative, but commercially aware
n
- Comfortable reading insights and using data to inform decisions
n
- Proactive, organised and confident working remotely
n
- Skilled in filming, lighting and editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva or similar)
n
- Experience working with creators or UGC is a plus
n
