Required skill : Genetec, Access controls Honeywell EBI.

n

Expected Total Experience : 4 to 6 Years' experience

n

Domain Experience : ITIL, Genetec preferred, Access controls Honeywell EBI preferred. Locker Management system – Traka preferred.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Troubleshoot and configure Genetec application for video
n
- Troubleshoot and configure Honeywell EBI application for Access Control System and its integration with Traka – Locker Management software
n
- Follow ITIL processes such as incident management, change management & problem management
n
- Handle L2 issues and troubleshooting as required
n
- Support application and database upgrades
n
- Support server migrations
n
- Test, program and troubleshoot access control and digital video systems
n
- Handle customers and technicians on respective systems
n
- Perform configuration reviews to ensure proper functionality
n
- Work on the POCs for integrating the solutions
n
- Follow the agile methodology
n
- Be flexible to work in shifts and weekends as per requirement
n

Required Skills

n

n
- End-to-end awareness of ITIL processes including Windows migration, incident management, change management & problem management




n
- Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrade and migration
n
- Awareness about Digital IP cameras and security devices
n
- Working experience on Windows Server Administration
n
- Concepts of Enterprise System architecture is a plus
n
- Experience in SQL Administration
n
- Physical Security domain skills – good to have
n
- Positive overview of networking concepts
n
- Concepts of DevOps
n
- Knowledge on SQL
n
- Knowledge of IP cameras, security devices, and troubleshooting
n
- Knowledge of access control systems and hardware devices
n
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration
n
- Experience in supporting applications & database upgrades
n
- Work experience in shifts – round the clock as per requirement
n
- Work experience in providing weekend support – for planned activities
n
