A day in the life:
n
As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHADISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout VIC to:
n
n
- Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest
n
- Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging,
displays, ticketing and window installations
n
- Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
n
- Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
n
- Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
n
n
About you:

- Have a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional brand presentation standards

- Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly with store teams across multiple locations
n
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving skills

- Be highly organised with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
n
- Show adaptability and a willingness to respond quickly to changing priorities
n
- Work collaboratively across retail and head office teams with a robust sense of accountability
