The Role

Now, we're looking for a Level 2 Engineer who's ready to go beyond break/fix - and become part of the next generation of intelligent, cyber‐resilient service delivery.

What You'll Do

n

- Deliver exceptional remote and onsite support that goes beyond "fixing" - proactively optimising client environments.
n
- Solve complex technical challenges across M365, networking, and infrastructure.
n
- Support and mentor Level 1 engineers while leading proactive problem prevention.
n
- Work on cyber and infrastructure projects that transform how clients operate.
n
- Deliver security‐first managed services using advanced monitoring and automation tools.
n
- Be the go‐to technical expert that clients trust,



and teammates learn from.

- Keep every client interaction fast, professional, and human‐centred - because people are at the heart of everything we do.
