Darling Downs Radiology (DDR) is looking for a motivated permanent Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and high‐performing team in Toowoomba.

About The Role

n

You'll be the face of our clinic – welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling billing, and helping keep our day running smoothly. This is a permanent role covering shifts from Monday–Friday, with full training provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greet and register patients, ensuring smooth check‐ins
n
- Answer phones, respond to enquiries, and book appointments
n
- Confirm patient preparation for imaging procedures
n
- Quote fees and explain Medicare rebates
n
- Process private, Medicare, DVA, and third‐party claims
n
- Help maximise clinic efficiencies and provide exceptional patient care
n

About You

- Experience in a customer service or administration role
n
- Good time management, communication, and computer skills

- A patient‐first attitude and positive, team‐oriented mindset

- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, detail‐focused environment
n
- Willingness to learn medical imaging systems (training provided)
