The Opportunity Our client is a reputable and growing Australian brand in the FMCG sector. This role will be a part of a large credit team and broader shared service function, offering strong team culture, versatile working arrangements and long-term career opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a credit or collections professional who enjoys a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on phone-based collections and customer engagement.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Collections Manager your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Management of end to end call-based collections, managing your own portfolio
- Payment allocations & Receipting
- Reconciliations of customer accounts
- Assist the Team Leader on monthly ledgers
- Negotiate through payment plans
- Management of internal and external queries
- Assisting the broader finance team with ad-hoc duties where necessary

The Expertise Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:





- 3 years Collections or Credit experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and stake management skills
- Experience with SAP or large ERP's will be highly regarded.
