Your role will be to secure recent commercial maintenance contracts and build long-term relationships with Facilities Management Companies, Strata & Property Managers, Councils & Government, Schools & Universities, Hospitals & Aged Care, and Commercial & Industrial Clients.
Key responsibilities
- Secure new commercial maintenance contracts
- Build long-term relationships with Facilities Management Companies, Strata & Property Managers, Councils & Government, Schools & Universities, Aged Care, and Commercial & Industrial Clients
- Develop new business and grow recurring revenue

- Proven experience winning commercial plumbing or maintenance contracts
- Strong relationships within facilities management, strata, property or government sectors
