The Opportunity You will work across a diverse disputes practice, with matters potentially including:
- Complex contractual and commercial disputes
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation
- Competition and consumer law matters
- White-collar matters
- Mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
Your role will span the lifecycle of matters, including strategy, legal research, drafting, evidence preparation,
court proceedings and direct client engagement. Working across different partners and matters will also give you exposure to a range of litigation styles and approaches, while allowing you to develop your own judgement and take on greater responsibility over time.
About You
You will ideally have 2-4 years' PQE and commercial litigation experience gained within private practice or the courts.
You will bring strong technical and drafting skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities. Just as importantly, you will enjoy variety and be interested in developing across a broad commercial disputes practice.
