- Conduct market study and initiate product development project to meet the market requirement
- Manage product development projects and co-ordinate with internal departments to meet the product launch target
- Technical proposal/report writing for project kick-off/review, prepare tools for product marketing
- Provide support to all enquiries from Kruger Group across Asia Pacific Region
- Understand customer’s requirement and propose commercial ventilation solution
- Preparation of design/technical documentation and quotation for customers
- Problem analysis and provide technical support and solution to customers
- Support Sales Department towards successful transaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering fields
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HVAC or commercial ventilation industries
- Highly proactive and organized, candidates with project management experience would be an advantage
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills, independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency and preferably Chinese
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Words, Excels and Powerpoint), basic knowledge in 2D (Autocad) and 3D (Solidworks) drawing softwares
- Able to self-manage/prioritize workload, commit to target deadline, enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
