Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate

What are some of the things you will be responsible for?

- Assisting a Leading Sales & Leasing Agent
- Prospecting for current business in Commercial Leasing & Sales

- Signing up your own leases

• Property inspections
- Writing & preparing Property Ads
- Follow up on enquiries & inspections
- Research & Database management





This position reports to the Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents & Asset Managers.

Some of the things you need to bring:

- 1 year experience in real estate
- Assistant Agents Certificate in Real Estate
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of CRM systems ie Agent Box or Sales Force
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders
- Positive, can do, work hard, play hard attitude
- You must live on the Northern Beaches and have complete understanding of our area & market
- Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislation
