Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained mixed portfolio of approximately 80 properties.

The Opportunity In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a high level of service. You will work across retail, commercial, and industrial properties while building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing a mixed portfolio of approximately 80 properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease administration
- Managing arrears, rental collections, and outgoings reconciliations
- Conducting routine property inspections and ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Assisting with leasing activities and marketing campaigns
- Preparing owner reports and providing strategic property advice
- Ensuring compliance with legislation,



safety requirements, and landlord instructions
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities

About You To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience managing commercial property portfolios and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally possess

- Previous experience in commercial property management
- Exposure to retail, commercial, or industrial assets
- Strong knowledge of lease administration and portfolio management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Current Real Estate Registration or Licence
- Current driver’s licence
