Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior chefs to prepare & execute a wide range of dishes, adhering to established recipes & techniques
- Assist in creating & refining menu items, offering input & creativity in presenting appealing & innovative dishes
- Maintain a well organised & clean work station, ensuring proper storage & handling of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members for timely execution of orders & a seamless kitchen operation
- Assist in inventory management, monitoring stock levels & communicating supply needs to senior chefs
- Adhere to health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe & clean working environment
- Collaborate with colleges to ensure a seamless coordination during service
- Embrace opportunity for growth & learning, taking direction from experienced team members
- Participate in routine cleaning tasks & assist with maintaining equipment
