About the Role The Company Car Fleet Controller is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of MMAL’s company vehicle fleet, supporting vehicle ordering, allocation, compliance, financial administration and driver support. Working closely with employees, dealers and internal stakeholders, you will help to ensure that the fleet operates efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.

Core Responsibilities

- Manage the company vehicle fleet lifecycle, including vehicle ordering, allocation, return and associated administration
- Provide advice and support to employees, dealers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure compliance, invoicing and reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Support the ongoing improvement of fleet systems, processes and reporting,



including for SAP and Fiori
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment through a proactive and customer-focused approach

Essential Skills and Experience

- Experience in fleet administration or a comparable operational or customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with SAP, Fiori, or similar enterprise systems will be highly regarded
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
