As An Organisation, We Value

- ENERGY - Bringing authentic enthusiasm to everything we do.

- Share the WOW - Creating experiences that make our participants feel like rockstars.

- Problem Solving & Learning - Taking initiative, getting creative and learning quickly from our mistakes.

- Making It Better - Caring deeply about your work and always looking for ways to improve.

WE’RE GROWING!

We are small (ish) team in the process of building our areas across multiple positions. If you tick some of these boxes but not all of them, throw your hat in the ring anyway! We're more interested in your potential, attitude and unique strengths than a perfect match on paper. We believe great people can grow into roles and we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute.

Currently, we're looking for program administrators to help manage the flow of administration within our adult education programs and engage our (rapid growing) community.

This includes but is not limited to: responding and directing incoming emails, ensuring we're always up-to-date with incoming enquiries,

building relationships with our participants, following program guidelines and administering compliance, relationship managing, organising special events and general administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE SO FEEL FREE TO MENTION IN YOUR LETTER WHICH RESPONSIBILITIES SUIT YOU BEST:

- General Administration - General day-to-day admin tasks such as responding to email enquiries, dealing with paperwork and general admin.

- Compliance - Follow program guidelines and administer compliance by staying organised and monitoring participants progress and program integrity. We want a compliance gun who can understand rules and lay down the law (when required).

- Community Engagement - Help cultivate a really inspired community of participants through events including workshops, networking, coaching, mentoring, etc. We want someone who will make them feel like a ROCKSTAR everytime you see or speak to them.

- Relationship Management - Serve as a key point of contact with the Department and other stakeholders. Deliver regular communications including progress updates, compliance reporting, program highlight and collaborative discussions around program enhancement opportunities.

You’ll Do Well With Us If

- You are (very) comfortable with change. We need someone who is super adaptable. When plans change, you pivot quickly and find new ways forward rather than dwelling on problems.

- You are a solid communicator whether face-to-face and via phone.

- You are detail-oriented and naturally organised, making sure nothing slips through the cracks especially with compliance.

- You can talk to anyone - building rapport comes naturally to you

- You're a genuine team player who jumps in wherever needed.

- You take initiative

- You bring positive energy, you're a team player who leaves drama at the door. You give and receive feedback constructively and support your colleagues genuinely.

- Bonus Points: if you are familiar with Workforce Australia or the Self Employment Assistance Program (desired, but not required!)

Other Information

- Salary: To be negotiated with the candidate with role ranges from $60,000 - $75,000 (range reflects our flexibility based on experience and skills - if you're fresh into the workforce, feel free to reach out!!).

- Location: Brisbane City Campus and Moreton Bay Micro-Campus / Working from Home to be negotiated with candidate

Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you’ll be learning new things all the time and the Australian School of Entrepreneurship team will be there to support your growth.
