Our client is seeking a

Compliance Consultant with solid experience providing advisory support within consumer credit products and services

. This role is critical in guiding product, project, and business teams on regulatory obligations, product design, and customer propositions.

What you’ll do:

- Provide compliance advisory support across consumer lending, credit cards, and broader consumer credit environments.

- Apply practical knowledge of

NCCPA, ASIC Act, and Corporations Act to ensure regulatory integrity.

- Partner with product and project teams to embed compliance into design and rollout initiatives.

- Assess regulatory incidents, breaches, and reportable situations, and manage correspondence with regulators.





- Influence senior stakeholders and business leaders to balance compliance with commercial outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

- Direct experience advising on consumer credit or credit card products.

- Demonstrated application of NCCPA, ASIC Act, and Corporations Act requirements.

- Proven track record in compliance advisory for product, project, and change initiatives.

- Experience in breach management, incident assessments, and regulatory reporting.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
