Role Overview
n
As a Development Coordinator / Development Assistant, you will be integral in supporting the Development team and providing important operational and administrative support in the delivery of master planned communities and securing new acquisitions.
n
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and business/contract management support to the Development Team across a broad range of tasks, ensuring all work is completed to achieve the outcomes required within necessary timeframes.
n
You will also support the conception, implementation, and execution of all stages of the residential & mixed-use interface components from concept design to DA Approval through to tender, contract negotiation/award, construction, commissioning, handover,
defect completion, and, at a minimum, achieving time and financial performance targets.

Qualifications/Experience
n
n
- Tertiary qualification(s) in property development and/or related discipline, including architecture, engineering, town planning, construction, or property economics.
n
- Financial acumen and cost control are essential, including in the preparation and interpretation of feasibility models.
n
- Previous experience assisting with delivering large-scale mixed-use master planned communities from initiation to completion.
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
n
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
n
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and financial acumen.
n
- Passion for the property development industry and a drive to contribute to this group's legacy.
