As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Noosa venue bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that loves what they do. You'll make sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest leaves happy, and the vibe stays high every single day.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide explicit, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
n
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
n
- Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L; outcomes
n
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
n
- Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
n
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
n
- Foster a positive, accountable,



and performance-focused team culture.

About You

- Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
n
- Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
n
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
n
- Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
n
