After Hours Coordinator | Buderim Private Hospital

Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunit y Available

Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast QLD

Remuneration: $64.96 - $ 73.02 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team

You will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.

Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.





The After Hours Coordinator will provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours. You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement. You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary, relocate staf f to mee t clinical and organisational needs.

What makes a difference for us?

- Recent experience as an After-Hours Nurse Manager or Coordinator essential
- Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relevant clinical expertise , skills and knowledge base to provide leadership within specialty areas
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
