Our industry leading client is offering a rare opportunity for experienced Senior or Lead Data Engineers with Databricks design experience to take the next step into a high-impact permanent role.
n The Opportunity

n

Help lead enterprise-wide transformation by architecting scalable, resilient data platforms with Databricks and Azure. You'll go beyond pipelines and performance tuning-you'll shape the strategy, mentor a team, and work directly with stakeholders to build future-ready solutions.
n What You'll Be Driving

n

n
- Architect and implement robust Databricks data solutions
n
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
n
- Lead data engineering best practices across pipelines, models, and flows
n
- Guide junior engineers and elevate team capability
n
- Stay at the forefront of modern data architecture-think Lakehouse, Spark, Azure Synapse, and beyond
n

n

What You Bring

n

n
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Spark
n
- Solid architectural (Medallion architecture) thinking across cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
n
- Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and performance




n
- Programming fluency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
n
- Leadership spirit and a desire to mentor
n
- Bonus: experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or enterprise migration programs
n
