Job Description

n
- Greet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donate
n
- Create a donor experience they'll love and want to come back
n
- Complete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
n
- Set up machines and collections equipment
n
- Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
n
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with rebooking their next donation
n
- Work collaboratively to achieve collection targets
n

Requirements

n

n
- Excellent customer-facing skills
n
- Genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors
n
- Be comfortable with needles and blood/biological materials
n
- Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs
n
- Be flexible to work diverse shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and afternoon shifts
n
- Be able to work in locations from and between Mt Ormeau to Murwillumbah to support our Donor Mobile Unit
