Job Overview
n
Lead the SC commercialisation of all NPD and product change management across the manufacturing sites.
n
Lead the SC commercialisation and importation of NPD from overseas PepsiCo sites.
n
Support the development of in house (and 3PM) aspects of the ANZ commercial calendar and the supply chain requirements to activate innovation.
n
Actively assess risk across supply base and implement plans to mitigate/minimise risk covering areas such as continuity planning and financial stability.
Ensure and hold accountable co-packing partners for PepsiCo to meet PepsiCo standards and work in line with PepsiCo corporate values.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Partner with Commercialisation and R&D; to understand long term innovation pipeline across Business Breakthrough, Category Reframe and Brand Refresh.
n
- Partner with Commercialisation, R&D; and Supply Chain to develop and build manufacturing and supplier strategies.
n
- On time in full execution of all types of innovation and change. Coordinate all supply chain cross functional personnel to ensure delivery across head offsite and manufacturing site teams.
n
- Drive long term performance improvement across Quality, Cost (Inc. Productivity) & service for allocated projects.
n
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.
n
- Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures, and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.

Qualifications
n
n
- Must have experienced background in Operations or Manufacturing
n
- Very strong, proven project leadership skills
n
- Proven results at delivering large projects or significant business change
n
- Deep operating knowledge of how to commercialise innovation
n
- Very high level of business acumen - must be commercially and organisationally savvy and financially astute.
n
- Commercial negotiation and communication skills
