What you'll be doing

We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focusedSales Representativewho's ready to drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and make an impact within theIndependent Grocery channel.

- Build and strengthen relationships across theIndependent Grocery network, uncovering new growth opportunities.
n
- Bring products to life in-store throughmerchandising, promotional activation, and execution excellence.
n
- Manage aconsistent call cycleto meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
n
- Negotiatedistribution, ranging, and shelf positioningto maximise visibility and sales.
n
- Plan and executestrategies that align with client priorities and marketing initiatives.
n
- Travel within your region, includingoccasional regional trips 2-3 times per year.

What you'll bring

- Proven background insales or customer service, ideally withinFMCG or Independent Grocery.
n
- Apeople-first approachwith natural relationship-building skills.
n
- Tech-savvy and confident usingMS Office, CRM, and email systems.
n
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable workingautonomously.
n
- Strongtime management and attention to detail.
n
- Apositive,



can-do attitudeand thrive under pressure.

- CurrentAustralian driver's licenceandreliable vehicle.
n
- Ideally location in or around Melbourne's south-east suburbs (i.e. Moorabbin, Dandenong, Glen Waverley etc)
