The Role

n

You will support the Store Manager at Port Macquarie on a part time basis with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!

n

We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management or Supervisor experience, who is passionate about people, loves retail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do

n

n
- Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
n
- Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
n
- Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
n

Requirements





n

n
- A minimum of 1 years management/supervisor experience
n
- Experience in coaching and developing a team
n
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
n
- Be customer and team focused
n
- Have a passion for retail
n
