We are currently in search of a Level 2/L3 Network Engineer specialising in Cisco technologies!

n

As a Network Engineer, your role involves offering daily operational assistance to the company. You'll address second level faults primarily related to Cisco products, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ensuring customer satisfaction.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
n
- Address and escalate client requests promptly.
n
- Offer assistance both onsite and remotely as needed.
n
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior L1 engineers.
n




- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
n
- Proficient in Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
n
- Proficient with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
n
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.
n
- Hold Industry certifications e.g (Cisco/Fortinet).
n
- Must have MSP Experience.
