We are seeking an experienced family lawyer with a minimum of five years PAE to join our boutique Gold Coast practice. The role offers complex, high‐stakes matters across property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, domestic violence and mediation.

Responsibilities

- Run complex family law matters autonomously while providing solid team support.

- Draft agreements and applications, represent clients in mediations and court, and offer clarity when stakes are high.

- Guide clients through challenging times with confidence and empathy.
n
- Mentor junior lawyers, shaping the firm's future direction.

Qualifications

- Minimum five years of PAE in family law.
n
- Depth across property and parenting matters.
n
- Strong communication skills that inspire trust and secure results.

- Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork and maintain composure under pressure.
