Job Summary
n
Administration Officer to provide frontline administrative support to multidisciplinary teams across our Primary Care and Community Health services.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide reception and administration services supporting nursing, allied health and other community‐based health programs.
n
- Operate on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, providing support at Community Health Centres, clients' homes and community settings.
n
- Work across all NBMLHD sites as operationally required.
n
n
Qualifications & Skills
n
n
- Previous reception experience in a busy office environment with effective customer service and answering all incoming telephone calls.
n
- High level keyboard, PC, database and general clerical skills, with attention to detail.
n
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office packages.
n
- Ability to prioritise, coordinate and time‐manage.
n
- Works with limited supervision, exercising judgement and problem solving within delegation.
n
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.
n
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence (P2 acceptable) and willingness to obtain NSW licence within 3 months of appointment.
n
