Townsville Auto Spares (Brakeforce Plus) is seeking an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our operations and continue delivering the outstanding service we're known for. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive parts business
n
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across retail and trade channels
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunities
n
- Manage inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiency
n
- Oversee and develop a multi-functional team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
n
- Recruit, roster, and support staff to ensure optimal store performance
n
- Assist with parts interpreting and customer enquiries when required
n
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and contribute to business planning
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational procedures
n




- Identify opportunities to improve processes, grow market share, and expand trade customer relationships
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous management experience within automotive parts, spare parts, retail, trade, or a similar environment
n
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
n
- Sound commercial and financial understanding
n
- Experience managing KPIs, sales targets, inventory, and business performance
n
- Parts interpreting experience highly regarded
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
