YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE

Ongoing Full Time Role – Occupational Therapist Grade 2

- 80 hours per fortnight

- Salary between $90,235 to $103,724 depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This full‐time position offers the opportunity to work in a world‐class oncology setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient wellbeing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high‐quality, patient‐centred occupational therapy services to individuals with complex oncology needs.
n




- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to support patients' functional independence and quality of life.
n
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure integrated, holistic care.
n
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and student supervision.
n

The successful candidate will possess

n

n
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably within an acute hospital or oncology setting.
n
- Robust clinical reasoning, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
n
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence‐based care.
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
n
