Senior Support Engineer
Primary Location: Australia & New Zealand

From airport operations and customer service centers to corporate offices and contact centers, your work will help ensure our technology is reliable, secure, and ready when our customers and employees need it most.
About The Role
As a Senior Support Engineer, you'll provide hands-on technology support across a diverse regional environment while contributing to complex projects and technology initiatives.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise, project coordination, problem-solving, and customer service in an environment where no two days are exactly the same.
You’ll Have Exposure To a Broad Technology Landscape, Including
- LAN and WAN environments
- Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
- VoIP and telecommunications
- iOS and Android mobility platforms
- Windows endpoints and PC infrastructure
- Copper and fiber-optic environments
- CCTV and operational technology
- MDF and IDF facilities
- IT asset lifecycle management
- Regional technology projects and deployments
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional technical support
- Provide day-to-day technology and field support across regional airports, customer service centers, contact centers, and office locations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and deploy end-user technology and IT infrastructure.
- Perform system administration, PC imaging, hardware installation, configuration, and equipment removal.
- Support enterprise iOS and Android devices across the region
- Help maintain technology environments to meet availability, performance, and service-level expectations.
- Support technology projects
- Coordinate regional technology deployments and projects from planning through operational readiness.
- Manage site logistics, including equipment intake, staging, deployment, collection, and returns.
- Participate in project meetings and provide explicit status updates, tracking, and follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, service providers, vendors, and contractors.
- Help ensure new technology solutions are properly tested, deployed, documented, and ready for operational use.
- Maintain a reliable technology environment
- Support IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory accuracy, hardware tracking, recycling, and corporate governance requirements.
- Ensure MDF and IDF rooms are maintained in accordance with enterprise and industry standards, including BICSI, EIA, and TIA guidelines.
- Work across copper and fiber-optic infrastructure and support LAN environments.
- Identify potential issues before they impact business operations and recommend effective solutions.
- Follow established technology, security, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of IT experience
- Experience with iOS and Android mobility platforms, Windows, LAN rooms, and Digital Technology infrastructure, including copper and fiber-optic environments.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Composure and sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to look beyond the obvious and pursue active solutions.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Active commitment to ongoing self-development.
