Responsibilities

- Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel's public areas including lobbies, restaurants, bathrooms, hallways, offices, function areas and other common areas.
n
- Thoroughly cleaning all sections of the public areas, such as bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, polishing, tidying and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression.
n
- Re‐stocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, chemicals, bins etc.
n
- Providing friendly, approachable and professional relationships with our guests.
n
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly, showing dedication to a flawless experience.

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous housekeeping experience in a busy commercial environment or hotel is preferred.
n
- High cleaning standards and attention to detail.
n
- Strong motivation to learn, grow and develop within a supportive hotel team.
n




- Ability to collaborate within a team and individually within a fast‐paced workplace.
n
- Flexible and open to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Valid working rights in Australia – sponsorship not available.
